Shane joined our team in April 2025, continuing a family tradition after his brother spent several years with us as a driver. From day one, Shane brought a warm, upbeat energy and a strong commitment to providing excellent service.

Since then, his dedication, reliability, and positive attitude have helped him grow into his current role as a driver. Known for his friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and ever-present smile, Shane consistently makes a positive impact on both his teammates and our customers. Whether he's leading a move or lending a helping hand, he takes pride in making each relocation as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We’re proud to have Shane as part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulfport team and look forward to all he will continue to accomplish in his career with us.

Tim recently joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulf Coast team as one of our drivers, bringing with him more than two years of valuable experience from the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tuscaloosa franchise. After relocating to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Tim was a natural fit for our team, and we are excited to welcome him to the family.

His previous experience in the moving industry has given him a strong foundation in customer service, safe driving, and professional moving techniques. Tim's knowledge, reliability, and positive attitude help ensure every move is completed with care and efficiency.

Don't let his size fool you—Tim may be small, but he is mighty! His determination, work ethic, and commitment to outstanding service make him a tremendous asset to both our team and our customers. We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the impact he will continue to make at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulf Coast.

Meet Trevor! Trevor has been a cornerstone of our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulfport team since June 2016. With a decade of experience, he brings unmatched knowledge, care, and pride to every move. As our lead interstate driver, Trevor thrives on long road trips—ensuring customers are taken care of from the moment we load in Mississippi to the final delivery in their new home state. In 2026, Trevor was recognized as the Gulf Coast Local Ultimate Move Hero, honoring his outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction.

When he’s not on the road, Trevor gives back to the community as a substitute teacher and cherishes time with his new grandson. His professionalism and heart are reflected in the words of a recent customer: "Wonderful movers; driver Trevor managed two very difficult drives with aplomb and finesse... Patient and careful, they kept our spirits up through a difficult move. God bless each one of them." – Ann

Charlie is a Gulfport native who enjoys the hands-on, manual nature of the moving industry and takes pride in staying active on the job. He originally worked with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® from May 2024 to October 2025 and has returned to the team with valuable experience and a strong understanding of our standards and expectations. We’re happy to welcome him back to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family!

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time at church and values staying grounded in his faith.

Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Brandon brings a local perspective and positive attitude to every move. When asked what he enjoys most about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, his answer is simple: “Pretty much everything, really.” From helping customers during an important transition to working alongside his teammates, Brandon enjoys all aspects of the job.

When he’s off the clock, Brandon loves spending time fishing and taking advantage of everything the Coast has to offer. His hardworking nature, team-first mindset, and commitment to great customer service make him a valued member of the Gulf Coast team.

After a few years away, we’re proud to welcome one of our most dedicated team members back to the crew — Jaleel!

Jaleel originally worked with us for over two and a half years, quickly proving himself to be a dependable, hardworking mover who earned the trust of teammates and customers alike. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to tackle even the toughest jobs made him a standout from day one.

After taking a personal break, Jaleel returns to us with more experience, deeper maturity, and a renewed passion for doing great work. In the time away, he’s grown — not just professionally but personally — and it's clear he’s come back with an even stronger commitment to excellence. Whether it’s lifting heavy loads or lifting team spirit, Jaleel is ready to lead by example and show what being a true professional in the moving industry looks like.

We couldn’t be happier to have him back on board. With his drive, focus, and evolved perspective, there’s no doubt Jaleel is stepping into his best chapter yet — and we’re excited to be part of it.

Matt joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in the summer of 2026 and is quickly gaining experience as a mover. He enjoys the active, hands-on nature of the job and is focused on learning the best practices that help deliver a smooth, stress-free moving experience for customers. Matt is a great addition to the team and continues to grow his skills each day as part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family.

Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Michael is a familiar face at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulf Coast. After spending some time away, he returned to the team because of what he enjoys most about the job—the people. Whether he's helping customers through a stressful move or working alongside his teammates, Michael appreciates the relationships he builds every day.

When he's not on the truck, you'll likely find Michael out on the water enjoying one of his favorite hobbies: fishing. His local roots, strong work ethic, and friendly attitude make him a valued member of the team and a great person to have on moving day.

Meet Rebecca – The Heart of Our Office!
Rebecca has been an essential part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulf Coast family since July 2015. With nearly a decade of dedication, she has become the true backbone of our operation—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating moves to supporting our team and customers, Rebecca does it all with unmatched care, precision, and heart.

She says her favorite part of the job is knowing she’s helped make a stressful time in someone’s life just a little bit easier. “Working with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has been a wonderful experience. Being part of a team that treats you like family and brings fun and compassion to every day makes helping our customers that much more rewarding. I couldn’t imagine working with a better team.”

Outside the office, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with her son, Nathan, her family, and her beloved pets—four cats (Gracie, Gypsy, Toshi, and Cheeto) and her new doggie, Koda. Her leadership, warmth, and dedication make her truly irreplaceable, and we’re beyond lucky to have her leading the way.

Michele joined our team in November 2024 and has been an incredible asset ever since! She’s a proud mom of three and loves spending quality time with her children. Whether it’s cheering on their favorite hockey and baseball teams or working together on puzzles and family game nights, Michele truly values making memories with her loved ones. Her positive attitude and dedication shine through in everything she does—even if it took her a whole year to finally take her headshot! We’re so lucky to have her on our team.

Emily began her journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in September 2013 as the very first Marketing Manager at the Jackson, Mississippi location. Her passion and leadership quickly led her to take on the role of Sales Manager, where she guided the sales team with energy and vision. In May 2016, she helped launch a new location in Horn Lake, Mississippi, all while continuing to support the Jackson office.

Later that year, Emily and her husband returned to Jackson to welcome their daughter, Taylor. In October 2017, they embraced a new adventure—relocating to the Gulf Coast to help lead the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulfport location.

Today, Emily focuses solely on marketing, where she continues to shine. She’s the creative force behind our brand presence, community outreach, and customer engagement. “There are so many things I love about working here,” she says. “I found my amazing husband through this company, and I get to share with everyone just how great TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® truly is.”

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her daughter Taylor, her son Michael, and their lovable French bulldog, Birdie. She’s also a sushi enthusiast and loves staying active with her family.

Meet Michael Sham – Owner, Leader, and Office Jokester!

Michael Sham is the proud owner and fearless leader of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulf Coast, bringing energy, experience, and a lot of fun to the team every single day. Known for keeping spirits high and the office laughing, Mike is the kind of leader who inspires through both hard work and humor.

After graduating from high school, Mike joined the U.S. Navy, where he served for six years as an aviation electronics technician. At just 19, he was already leading teams and giving orders to men twice his age—an experience that shaped his leadership style and taught him how to work with all kinds of personalities. “It definitely prepared me to be a leader and taught me how to be ready for anything,” he says.

Following his service, Mike earned a degree in exercise physiology from Belhaven University in Jackson, MS. While pursuing a career in strength and conditioning, he joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Jackson as a mover in 2013—and never looked back. Just two months later, he became General Manager and quickly rose through the ranks.

Mike was selected for the first-ever Mary Ellen’s Moving People Forward® scholarship program, where he spent a year in intensive training to prepare for franchise ownership. His hard work paid off—he was awarded $10,000 to help launch his own franchise.

In May 2016, Mike opened his first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location in Horn Lake, MS, followed by a satellite office in Oxford. In 2017, he and his wife Emily moved to the Gulf Coast to take on a new challenge—leading the Gulfport franchise. With two franchises and two satellite locations under his belt, Mike stays busy but remains deeply grateful. “I never imagined I’d be a small business owner. I’m so thankful to my partner and this company for the opportunity to live the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® dream.”

Donald is one of the original owners who helped launch TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Gulfport in May 2013, playing a key role in building the strong foundation our franchise stands on today. His leadership, vision, and commitment to excellence set the standard early on—and those values continue to shape our brand.

Today, Donald lives in Berry, Alabama with his wife, Donna. Together, they enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with their family. They share two daughters, Tori and Terra, and cherish every moment with their three grandchildren.

While Michael oversees much of the day-to-day operations, Donald remains deeply involved in the business. He regularly checks in, provides guidance, and works behind the scenes to ensure each location operates as a well-oiled machine. His experience and steady presence continue to be an invaluable asset to our teams.
