Our Rochester Team

Dalton has been with us at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Rochester for just over 3 years. In that time he has progressed from a mover, to our Move Manager, to our Operations Director. Dalton is a true asset to our team, and in his time here has demonstrated tremendous work ethic, dedication, and leadership. We would also like to sincerely thank Dalton for his service in the Army Reserves. In his free time, Dalton enjoys sunsets, and long walks on the beach with his girlfriend Qwyn, and their dog Darla.

Kim has been with us here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Rochester for over 8 years. He started out as a mover and driver, and is now our Controller. "My favorite part of the job is the sense of family that we have with our team. We have a really close group here, and it makes every day enjoyable!" Outside of work, Kim enjoys golfing with friends, working on cars, and spending time with his wife, his two sons, and his dogs Norah and Goliath.

Zach is our Sales Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Rochester. He has been employed with us since August of 2019. Zach started as a mover and has worked his way up to overseeing our sales team. In his free time, Zach is a huge movie fan, an avid concert goer, and loves spending time with his friends and family!

Justin is originally from a small farm in Kansas, like Clark Kent. He moved to Rochester in the late spring of 2017, in order to be closer to his wife's family. It was then, he began his journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a Driver/Mover. As a driver, he enjoyed driving cross country seeing many states, and all the scenery that came with them. He also enjoys problem solving and helping make a customer’s day. Outside of work he enjoys running/working out, hanging out with friends, sharing stories about his dog, and exploring the world with his wife.

Mike has been with the company for just over a year, starting out on the trucks and transitioning into the office! Mike enjoys getting to know all of his customers and be able to help in anyway possible! Mike also enjoys attending music festivals and spending time with his friends!

Though he’s been with us for just about 6 months, Dahlton has already made a big impact on our team. He’s known for keeping jobs running smoothly and efficiently, always making sure the team stays on track and tasks are completed in a timely fashion—helping our customers save both time and money.

When he’s not on the job, Dahlton loves spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. That same focus and dedication he brings to the outdoors shows up every day at work.

Daivon has been a valued member of our team since October 2022, and his hard work, positive attitude, and team-first mindset truly stand out. As a Mover, Daivon brings reliability and care to every move—but what he values most about his job is the people he works with. That teamwork shows in everything he does, and it’s a big reason customers have such great experiences on move day. When he’s not on the truck, Daivon enjoys snowboarding and spending time as a content creator, streaming games and connecting with his online community. Daivon’s Moving Tip: “Make sure you’re prepared for your move. Being organized helps everything go faster—and that can save you money".

Scott has been a dedicated Driver with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since December 2024, and in that time, he’s made a strong impression with his work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. He consistently shows up ready to get the job done right and takes pride in delivering great service to our customers.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys the simple things in life. You’ll often find him working on his 2007 Chevy Impala or spending time fishing—two hobbies that reflect his hands-on nature and appreciation for a laid-back lifestyle. As Scott puts it, he’s a simple man who just enjoys life—and that grounded mindset carries over into everything he does.

Jordan has been with the company for over 7 ½ years and has completed over 1500 moves during his tenure at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Jordan was born and raised in Rochester, enjoys spending time with his nephew and staying active outdoors as much as possible! Jordan's dedication, hard work, and experience have truly set him apart in our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family. We couldn't be prouder to have him on our team!

August has been with us at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Rochester since March of 2024. August started out as a mover, but quickly got promoted to a Driver, and has become one of our most dependable employees.
Throughout his time here, August has demonstrated time and time again his ability to handle the most complicated and difficult moves that we come across. His work ethic, calm demeanor, and positive attitude have helped him become one of our most dependable and trustworthy employees.

According to August, "I love to workout and hangout with the people close to me. My room is stuffed with reptiles, and I love my cat more than anything. Life might be tough sometimes, but if my people and pets are chillin, I'm chillin."

Devin Riley is one of our movers here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Rochester. Devin has been employed with us since July of 2022. He was born in California, enjoys longboarding and outdoor activities, and comes from a large family who he loves to spend time with. Four of Devin's siblings have also worked for us in Rochester.

Mason is in his first year with us here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Rochester, but has quickly become one of our most trusted employees. Our Operations team know that they can trust Mason with our most complicated moves. According to Mason, "This is my first year with the company. While I have only been here a few months, I really appreciate the job's social environment and working closely with good people for a good purpose. Outside of work, I like to do things in a creative space. Some of my favorite creative hobbies are making music and enjoying tabletop gaming with friends."

Tyler joined our team about a year and a half ago after several friends highly recommended TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®—and we’re so glad he took their advice. From day one, Tyler has brought a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset to every move.

Aleah, Daivon, and Eamon, are three of our hardest working employees and constantly bring up the moral here at the shop. Aleah started out as a mover with us in April of this year. She quickly moved up to being a driver for us, and has become one of our most trusted employees. Outside of work, Aleah loves to spend time outside with her boyfriend, and at home with her cat.

Daivon has been a mover with us since October 2022. Daivon has always been an incredibly hard worker, and his dedication and experience make him an invaluable resource on our team. In his off time, Daivon loves to spend time with his girlfriend, and goes snowboarding any chance he gets.

Eamon started working for us at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and a Rochester since March 2021. His leadership and work ethic have helped him become one of our most trusted and skilled movers. Eamon moved out of state a few years back, but returned to the Rochester area in June of this year, and we are thrilled to have him back as part of our team.
