Meet the Minneapolis Team

Meet Xavier! He joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in 2018 as a driver and has since advanced to become the General Manager at our Hopkins location. With over 850 moves and 40 interstate relocations under his belt, Xavier's expertise in the moving industry is impressive. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, watching football, and fishing. We’re thrilled to have Xavier as a key member of our team!

Matt Wolter, our Operations Manager for the Minneapolis Southwest location, brings a wealth of experience and local knowledge to his role. Originally from Shakopee, MN, Matt earned his Sports Management degree from Concordia University, St. Paul.

Matt began his journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in September 2021 as a mover at the Burnsville location. Since then, he has successfully completed over 500 moves, showcasing his dedication and skill. His exceptional performance and commitment to customer satisfaction led to his promotion to Operations Manager.

Outside of work, Matt is a devoted fan of Minnesota sports, and his enthusiasm for local teams is a big part of who he is. His passion for both his work and his hometown makes him a standout member of our team.

Introducing Nick, the driving force behind our Burnsville establishment! Nick embarked on his journey as an owner alongside his father, David, to bring TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to the local community. Hailing from the heart of Minnesota, Nick's connection to the state runs deep. His interesting of joining the moving industry began during his time at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he rolled up his sleeves as a mover. Inspired by this experience, Nick envisioned establishing a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK branch in his hometown. What began modestly with just two trucks has blossomed into a network of 75 spanning nine locations, all thanks to Nick's dedication and vision!

Joe has recently been promoted to our President of Junk Services! He's one of the many reasons our operation runs so well. Joe is passionate about the people he works with and is driven by being a leader over the past 16 years. Many of us say he is the operational guru behind the curtain of our business and makes sure every move goes smoothly. Joe is a huge piece of our puzzle and we love having him on the team.

What can we say about Dan, other than he is the man?! We watch Dan live and breathe our core values every single day giving the absolute best customer service to our customers. Saying Dan has a passion for what he does is a total understatement. Dan will book moves, jump in on moves and lead our team all in one day. We have truly enjoyed having Dan grow with us over the past 19 years at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

Dan oversees our customer service team and works with them daily to ensure we are giving customers ease of mind from the beginning to the end of their move. Customer Service is our number one priority in this business, and with Dan's help, we do a pretty awesome job!

Meet Sally, our amazing Director of Marketing and Communications whose dedication to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is as remarkable as her passion for marketing. Originally based in Tennessee, Sally made the move to Minnesota after a brief break from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Boasting over seven years of experience, with two of those years spent contributing to our Minnesota team, Sally has demonstrated unwavering commitment to our company. Beyond her professional life, catch Sally experiencing exciting moments with her husband and two adorable kids, or visiting her family and cheering on Tennessee football!

Meet Jeff! Jeff originally started with another franchise but has been with us for 11 years in October. He handles all of our storage in 5 different locations, so needless to say he is quite busy. Jeff has done just about every position within the company! He is now our Storage Manager and loves what he does. His experience in many different positions makes him an expert in this industry. Jeff loves to be outdoors during his time off, and he enjoys spending time with his two little boys.

Tammie truly has a heart of gold. Not only is she great in the HR department, but she is also a major team player. If anyone needs anything, Tammie steps up. Tammie just celebrated her one-year anniversary with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and we are so happy that she found her work home here. We know HR is not an easy task, and we thank Tammie for all that she does!

Jillian is our veteran customer service representative. She has spent over six years working with our customers to make sure their moves are a success. Jillian also helps train our new customer service representatives as well. She is passionate about making sure everyone that calls TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has a fantastic experience from the first phone call to the final move. When Jillian is not working, she loves spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew!

Jess is one of our wonderful customer service representatives. Our CSRs are one of the forefronts of our business, and we love watching them do their thing. Jess is a natural when it comes to customer service. She loves working with our customers, and she loves making sure they are comfortable and prepared for their moving day. Jess started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in the spring of 2021, and we have loved watching her grow. She is consistently one of our top performers each month! Meet Allie! She is part of our amazing customer service team! Allie started her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in our Burnsville office back in the summer of 2021, and she jumped right in! Allie has helped hundreds of customers with their move from beginning to end. When she is not helping customers move, Allie enjoys spending time with her family.

This is Chad, our Director of Customer Experience, and let us tell you, he's one-of-a-kind! With his signature mohawk and a passion for vinyl records, Chad brings a unique energy to our team. He's a devoted dad, a music lover, and a master of the moving game. You'll instantly recognize Chad by his epic hairdo and his genuine commitment to providing an exceptional moving experience.

Chad has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since the yellow pages. He has seen and heard it all when it comes to moving. This is why he makes the perfect director of customer experience. He's even been known to brave blizzards solo to ensure a customer is happy at the end of their move! That's the kind of dedication you can expect when you work with Chad.
