Meet the Oakland County Southwest Team!

Ethan has recently been promoted to General Manager after spending 5 years as a Customer Service Representative with our organization. Ethan does an outstanding job taking care of our customers, and he will continue to do so in this new role. Ethan recently graduated with his Business Management Degree from Cleary University. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Sara, and they just purchased their first home and adopted a sweet pup named Irving.

John has a great work ethic and is very reliable. He has held many titles within our organization, and he has rocked them all! Most recently, he was promoted to Operations Manager. We can't wait to see what he can do in this new role.

Jason has been a valued member of our organization for many years, known for his quiet strength, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail. His calm and respectful demeanor, combined with a natural talent for teaching, makes him the ideal mentor for new team members. Jason approaches every task with care and professionalism, ensuring that others feel supported and empowered to succeed. Outside of work, Jason is a devoted family man, bringing the same warmth and dedication to his personal life as he does to his role on our team.

Jami is our new CSR and began with the TMT family because she had heard great things about our company and decided to apply. Lucky us! Jami came from a Fire/Water restoration company so she knows a few things about customer service. Jami loves her 2 cats and traveling! She recently got married in Iceland and she is also a HUGE Harry Potter fan. Welcome to the Wizarding World of moving Jami!

Shanita is new to our team and she joined us because she loves helping people. Outside of the office she loves spending time with friends and family and her new grandbabies! We are happy to have her with us and the energy she brings to the job.

James has been an amazing sales consultant for us, and when the opportunity presented itself to move up as the In-Home Virtual Consultant, he was ready! We know he will bring the same enthusiasm to his new role, and we are excited to watch him grow in his new position

Community involvement is very important to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! Charlene is very lucky in her job as she gets to coordinate those efforts for the location! She enjoys meeting new people and developing relationships! In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, a great book and tropical island vacations during Michigan winters!

Alan began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2002 at the Ann Arbor location. He loved working with the people and appreciated the effort the team put forth while still adding an element of fun to the workplace. Alan was presented with an opportunity to purchase the franchise in 2005. He has since added 3 additional locations. Brownstown in 2009, Brighton in 2010 and most recently, The Wixom location in October of 2016. Alan looks forward to providing great customer service in a new market!
