Hayden is a Marine Corps veteran who rose from driver to manager within his first year at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. He specializes in team leadership and staff training, focusing on operational readiness and crew preparation. Outside of his professional life, Hayden enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons and spending time at home with his girlfriend, Kait, and their dog, Tripp.

Ivy Turner joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in February 2026, transitioning from a career in education to her current role in customer service. Ivy excels at making every customer interaction meaningful and stress-free. In her free time, she is an avid hiker and gardener who never misses a chance to enjoy a live music show.

Johnathan joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in November 2025 with 14 years of management experience in the transportation sector. Leveraging his degree from the University of Memphis, he specializes in logistics coordination and workforce management. Johnathan brings a disciplined, goal-oriented mindset to the team, a trait he also carries into his personal life as a fitness enthusiast.

With over six years of experience in the hauling industry, Justin Highter is part of the leadership team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK®. In his role as Operations Manager, he has helped drive the location to a Top 5 national customer service ranking through a strong focus on efficiency and team engagement.

Justin is known for his energetic leadership approach and his commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality service to every customer.

With more than a decade of customer service experience, Monique “Mo” Roberts brings a well-rounded background in aviation, IT, and healthcare to her role as a Customer Service Representative. She is focused on providing practical, solution-driven support for every customer interaction.

Mo is a West Virginia State University alumna and a licensed barber who is known for her warm, outgoing personality. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and working toward the upcoming release of her first poetry book.

Ranada is a Customer Service Representative who joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in December 2025. With a professional focus on sales performance and compassionate communication, Ranada ensures that every customer feels heard and supported throughout their moving journey. A fan of all things competitive, Ranada spends her free time attending sporting events and making memories with her son.

Russell Sloan Jr. is an Operations Manager who joined our team in March 2026. With prior expertise in the moving and hauling sector, Russell specializes in building strong, efficient teams that turn stressful life transitions into positive customer experiences. A devoted "Go Duke!" fan and sports enthusiast, Russell spends his free time with his partner and his two children, Russell III and Emma.

Seth Campbell is a Move Manager with nearly six years of experience across the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® network. From his beginnings as a mover in Iowa to his current leadership role in Maryland, Seth has demonstrated a consistent dedication to operational excellence and team development. Known for his "lead-by-example" style, he ensures every customer receives a premium moving experience. Off the clock, Seth is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys life in Columbia with his dog, Leo, and his four pet chinchillas.
