Mike O'Sullivan has been a great part of our success on the east coast. He is levelheaded, great under pressure, and always finds a way to see the "upside" of things! Maybe it's his three kids that have helped him hone those skills.

As General Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, what I enjoy most is being part of the customer journey. Moving can be overwhelming, and I take pride in being the steady, reassuring presence that brings clarity and confidence to the process. Knowing that our customers feel cared for, from the first conversation to the final walk-through, is incredibly rewarding.

Leading a team is a privilege I don’t take lightly. I’m passionate about building a strong, dependable team culture where everyone supports one another and works toward the same goal. Seeing their dedication, growth, and teamwork translate into exceptional service is one of the best parts of my role.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, playing baseball and softball, and unwinding with a good TV series.

I love the relaxed atmosphere at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®—it feels like we’re a group of friends working together and having fun along the way. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, watching movies and TV shows, and collecting memorabilia from my favorite franchises (you’ve probably already guessed that from my shirt!)

Meet our Marketing Director, Charlene. She began her career at the corporate office in Lansing before working with the Oversmith Groups 4 Michigan stores. She now handles both of their Boston locations as well. She really enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and connecting people with the services they need. She enjoys warm weather, sunshine (like live in flip flops 24/7 kind of weather), running, and her family.

Alan owns 4 Michigan stores and now 2 Boston locations. We honestly don't know where he gets his energy, maybe the Wheaties he eats for breakfast? Alan has great vision and has built an incredible team. He always looks to promote from within first and loves watching guys move up from mover to driver and into management positions. For fun, Alan loves spending time with his family; camping, fishing, four-wheeling, and hanging out!
