Stephen B.
Stephen has been part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team for more than a decade, starting his career as a mover and working his way up to General Manager of the Lafayette location. Having worked in multiple roles throughout the company, he brings firsthand experience and leadership to his team every day.
His favorite core value is “Make Someone’s Day.” Stephen believes that while anyone can move furniture, not everyone can turn a stressful moving day into a positive experience. Helping customers feel supported during what can be an overwhelming time is what drives him and his team.
One of Stephen’s favorite parts of his role is watching team members grow in their careers—from their first day on the job to becoming Lead Movers, Trainers, or leaders within the company.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys gaming with his wife, reading, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
