Tom H.
Born and raised in Tallahassee, Tom is not only the General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tallahassee but also a familiar face in the community. Since joining the team in 2016, Tom has developed a leadership style centered around three key principles: active listening, swift problem-solving, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
Tom graduated from Florida State University (Go ‘Noles!), bringing a calm and practical mindset to his daily responsibilities in the office. One of his favorite aspects of the job is reaching out to customers who submit online requests and establishing the first point of contact, thereby earning their trust.
Outside of his professional duties, Tom enjoys various activities such as lifting weights at the gym, reading new books, and attending sports games. Whether he is leading his team or cheering from the sidelines, Tom consistently demonstrates focus, loyalty, and a strong sense of pride in everything he undertakes.
