Meet the St. Augustine Team

I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in 2015 in Salt Lake City, UT, and have since embraced the shift from snowy mountains to sunny shores. My favorite Core Value here is to "be your best and have fun!" I take great satisfaction in managing our franchise operations with a positive mindset and a sense of humor. I truly appreciate the incredible team we have, as each member contributes their unique professionalism to our success. Outside of work, I enjoy family time and experimenting with new recipes for my backyard smoker!

My name is Austin Tackett, and I've recently relocated from Dayton, Ohio, where I served as the Operations Manager. My long-term aspiration is to become a franchise owner with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. In the meantime, my focus is on helping people navigate their moves and easing the challenges that come with such a significant life transition!

I’m originally from California and made the move here in 2007 to be closer to my family. Since then, I’ve built a life I’m proud of—both personally and professionally. I’ve been with the company for eight years, starting as a driver and recently transitioning into the role of Operations Manager. I really value the opportunity to take on new challenges and keep growing in all aspects of my life. I’m looking forward to what’s next, both in this position and in my goals beyond work.

I began my journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in April 2014 at the Lansing, Michigan, location. After gaining experience with both the local franchise and the corporate office, I made the move to Florida in March 2016. In my daily role, I take on various responsibilities, relishing the opportunity to support both our employees and customers in embracing our brand. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and enjoying the warm Florida sunshine.

I was born raised and in Indiana and spent a few years in Michigan, but I’ve called Jacksonville and St. Augustine my home since March of 2016. We recently moved my Mother down from Indiana, so it’s truly special to be surrounded by family here in my new hometowns. The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core value that resonates for me is “Give back to the community”. To be able to make a difference in the communities of the First Coast region we serve is very rewarding to not only me, but everyone here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

As a Move Specialist, I dedicate my day to assisting customers with their local and interstate relocations. I bring a diverse professional background, having worked as a Medical Technologist, Senior Loan Officer, and in management roles within a call center. In my leisure time, I love to connect with family and friends, pursuing interests like photography, landscaping, and horseback riding.

I’m Ashley, a South Florida native who’s been assisting families with their moves for the last 14 years. Helping people transition into new homes is something I truly enjoy. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me soaking up the outdoors and making the most of time spent with my family.

Born and raised in Northeast Florida, I love helping people feel at ease during their move. My goal is to bring care, professionalism, and a personal touch to every customer’s experience. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me soaking up the sun on the beach or trying out new spots at local restaurants.
