Charles joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in August 2024 and quickly became an essential part of the team. Through his strong work ethic, leadership skills, and consistent dedication to customer service, he grew within the company to become our Moving Manager. In this role, Charles oversees the training of our movers, ensuring they are fully prepared and equipped for each day’s moves. His commitment to smooth operations and team development helps maintain the high standards our customers rely on.

Outside of work, Charles is a devoted family man who enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children. Charles brings the same positivity, reliability, and genuine care to his personal life as he does to our company, making him an invaluable member of our team.

Kimberly grew up in a small town in Southern California, where she developed the strong work ethic and sense of community that continue to influence her today. She later moved to Florida in search of new opportunities, a change of pace, and to build a life with her husband and son. Her professional background includes experience in customer service, administrative support, and other roles that strengthened her communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. She enjoys connecting with people, learning new things, and contributing to a positive team environment.

When she’s not working, Kimberly loves spending time with her son. She also enjoys creative activities that help her relax and recharge. What motivates her most is personal growth, meaningful connections, and making a positive impact on those around her. She values being part of a supportive team and is always looking for ways to learn and grow. A fun fact about her: she has an impressive memory for the most random details and often remembers things that everyone else has forgotten!!

Ledy joined our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in 2018 and has been a sales rockstar ever since. She recently made the move to Sarasota taking on a new position as Location Manager. Ledy is our office artist and we are pretty sure she was a rad art teacher in another life. You can catch her reading the next best novel, dreaming of traveling Europe, spending time with her husband and daughter, or even designing some funky jewelry. If she had to give one piece of advice to a new TWO MEN AND A TRUCK employee, it would be that time management and organization are key to success in our office. She looks forward to supporting her sales team in achieving their goals and moving the Sarasota location forward.
