My name is Zanthya, and I’m proud to be a Tampa, FL native. Before joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May 2025, I worked as a lead nail technician for three years, where I developed a strong passion for customer service. I knew this role would allow me to keep making a positive impact in my community. When I’m off the clock, I enjoy family time, traveling to new places, visiting my sister in the Military, listening to music, and soaking up the sun at the beach.

My name is Tracy Begley. I am originally from Durban, South Africa, and have been in the United States since 1997. I received my citizenship in 2008 and have enjoyed every minute since being here in the States. I have two amazing kids, Caitlin and Aidan. I fell in love with providing premier customer service at Peltz Shoes where I worked for 17 years managing the Brandon, FL location. I started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in January of 2021 and immediately was so excited to be a part of this amazing team. I love the outdoors and spend most of my time outside work with my family going kayaking, exploring new places, and just being around nature.

Nestor Caillahua has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since 2020, starting as a mover and quickly standing out for his professionalism, punctuality, and courteous demeanor. Known for his textbook approach to every move, he’s recently stepped into a leadership role—training new staff and assisting with administrative tasks. Outside of work, Nestor loves thrifting, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.

On the operation side of things, I dispatch the trucks, hire and train employees, schedule truck maintenance, fleet safety training, risk management, perform on sites, and handle damage claims. I also handle some administrative, work such as closing out job sheets, QuickBooks, and deposits. My favorite part of the workday is starting the crew out on a positive note, and seeing their excitement for the crew they're working with or the move they'll be on. My most memorable day on the job was winning a national Customer Service award at our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Annual Meeting. Playing paintball on company appreciation day was memorable too.

I began my career with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in October of 2020 and currently hold the title of Human Resources Director for our three locations. As the franchise grew throughout the years, from a two-truck fleet to now running nearly 40 trucks, it was important to develop my role. My job is to ensure we continue to live out our core values and maintain the same happy and balanced culture we've always had as a small business. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's in English, Professional Writing, Rhetoric & Technology. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, biking, creating art, gardening, going on adventures with our dog and traveling.

I started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as an Administrative Assistant in 2019 and have worked my way to becoming Director of Accounting for the Crain Group. My duties consist of bookkeeping, coding, accounts receivable/accounts payable, as well as managing the budget for all three of our locations. The family culture here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is what makes me love what I do. The people here are always supportive and uplifting, which makes my job that much more meaningful. In my spare time, I enjoy being active with my church and spending time with my friends, family, and my husband Sachin.

Please give a warm welcome to Ruth Cajuste! She was born and raised in central Florida and studied at Georgia State University. She started work for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in March of 2023. In her free time, she loves to listen to music, go to new places with friends, watch movies, and sing at church. Talking to people comes naturally to her and she gets satisfaction from knowing that she made an impact. She loves being able to be a positive influence while working with other amazing people.
