As General Manager, Bill ensures daily operations run smoothly, oversees the professional training of movers and drivers, and works to make every move as seamless as possible. With prior experience managing an Amazon Delivery Station, Bill brings valuable expertise in leading large teams and coordinating complex logistics. His leadership helps TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Milford/Waterbury consistently deliver efficient, stress-free moving experiences for every customer.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys staying active and making the most of New England’s seasons—playing hockey in the winter and fishing offshore during the summer.

Bill takes pride in building a strong, reliable team and creating a positive experience for both customers and employees. His commitment to teamwork and exceptional service plays a key role in upholding the company’s mission of being the MOVERS WHO CARE®.

As Marketing Director, Britany drives brand awareness for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Milford/Waterbury through engaging social media content and meaningful community outreach. She is passionate about building strong local relationships and leading charitable initiatives, including the company’s MOVERS FOR MOMS® campaign.

This year, Britany has partnered with Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury to collect personal care items for the women and children they serve. Drawing on her background as a former educator, she has also collaborated with three local schools to organize donation drives and expand the campaign’s impact.

Britany takes pride in connecting the brand with the community in authentic and impactful ways. Her creativity and dedication help make a lasting impact both within the company and throughout the community.

Mandy is the Recruiting and Retention Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, where she plays an important role in building and supporting the team. In her position, Mandy screens applications, conducts interviews, assists with onboarding new hires, and manages employee scheduling to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Before joining the moving industry, she spent eight years working in the real estate field, supporting top-performing agents remotely at a national brokerage and working with the membership team at the Connecticut MLS. Mandy enjoys meeting new people and helping connect candidates with new job opportunities. Outside of work, she enjoys hula hooping, perfecting the art of sourdough bread baking, and vintage hunting. What she appreciates most about her team is their hardworking attitude and ability to adapt whenever challenges arise.

When it comes to keeping operations running smoothly and teams performing at their best, Jay plays a key role as our Operations Manager and Training/Development Specialist. From training new hires to reinforcing company standards, Jay helps ensure every team member is set up for success.

In his role, Jay leads training on policies and procedures, team standards, and workplace etiquette. He also focuses on improving performance metrics, boosting productivity, and maintaining up-to-date training records. Beyond training, Jay supports dispatch operations, oversees warehouse safety, and ensures driver responsibilities and safety standards are consistently met.

Jay enjoys helping both individuals and the team succeed, whether that means coaching a new hire or improving day-to-day processes. He takes pride in delivering the best possible experience for every customer and values his team’s strong work ethic and teamwork mentality, which plays a big role in making each move seamless and stress-free.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Jay on the field playing softball or baseball – bringing the same teamwork and dedication he values on the job.
