Christie started her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May of 2001 as a receptionist and quickly moved into the role of Human Resources and Risk Management. She loves working alongside an amazing team to create a: safe, fun, and family like environment. Moving people forward in their career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is especially rewarding to her. In her free time, you can find her: decorating cakes , cheering on the KC Chiefs and Royals, and spending time with family and friends!

Shannon began her career at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® 10 years ago, where she excelled in her role as a Risk and Safety Specialist. Throughout the years, Shannon progressed within the company, eventually earning the position of Chief Operating Office within the TMT Elevated Opportunity Group portfolio. With a keen eye for talent and a passion for developing individuals into successful leaders, Shannon has become known for her ability to identify and nurture key players within her team. Her commitment to fostering a culture of growth and empowerment has not only led to the personal development of individuals but has also contributed to the overall success and expansion of the TMT Elevated Opportunity Group.

Shannon is a devoted family person who cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones in the great outdoors, especially when it involves taking trips back to Michigan to visit family. Additionally, Shannon finds joy in attending country concerts, fishing expeditions, and engaging in various outdoor activities!

Dylon is our move manager, but he is also one of our drivers. His focus on customer satisfaction and great customer service makes him a must-have on any move. Dylon comes to every job with the knowledge and skill to make sure it goes smoothly, and the attitude to make sure it's an enjoyable experience for all our customers!

Justin has been part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family since June 2008. He began his career within the system as a driver before being promoted to General Manager. After gaining extensive experience, he took the next big step and purchased his first franchise in 2013. Justin is passionate about helping employees reach their full potential and creating career opportunities through the company's growth.

He is married to his high school sweetheart, Jill, and they have two wonderful children. In his free time, Justin loves spending time outdoors with family and friends. He enjoys cycling, running, triathlons, fishing, and has a deep passion for duck hunting.

Steve became part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family in December 2014 when he and his two brothers purchased a few location franchises. Though he’s no longer on the trucks often, he remains actively involved in the business, focusing on supporting his team and helping them succeed. In his free time, Steve loves cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and spending time with his family.

Tyler Whalen is a seasoned professional with an impressive journey at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. He began his career in the spring of 2010 at the Cedar Rapids, IA franchise as an entry-level driver. His determination and hard work quickly paid off, as he steadily advanced to the role of General Manager. During his time in Cedar Rapids, Tyler gained valuable experience by working in various roles, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the company's operations.

In 2014, Tyler made a strategic move to Tulsa, OK, where he became General Manager at a larger franchise. This transition expanded his expertise, leadership abilities, and industry connections. The following year, in 2015, he took a bold step and moved to Omaha, NE, where he became a franchisee for the first time. Through dedication and a commitment to excellence, Tyler has since become a partner in overseeing operations for 12+ TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises and 4+ TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK franchises.

Tyler is passionate about helping his employees grow within the organization, offering them the same opportunities he had. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his two sons, Toby and Grayson, his stepdaughter, Addison, and his wife, Chelsey. Together, they love attending their kids' sports events, wakeboarding, fishing, and exploring new vacation spots.

Dan joined the Elevated team as Chief Financial Officer in October 2021. Before that, he worked at the Two Men and A Truck® corporate office for several years as an accounting support specialist. With over 16 years of Accounting experience, Dan now oversees the Accounting team, managing finances for 15 companies, including 9+ Two Men and A Truck locations and 4 Two Men and a Junk Truck locations.

Outside of crunching numbers, Dan enjoys spending time with his 7 children and 5 grandchildren. During the summer, you’ll often find him tending to his vegetable garden, as he loves watching both people and plants thrive and grow.

Matt joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in August 2017, starting as a mover and steadily advancing to become a team lead. In July 2018, he transitioned from the operations team to the bookkeeping department before taking on the role of overseeing the Accounting team in 2020.
With a passion for numbers and a dedication to exceptional customer service, Matt thrives in his role. Grateful for the opportunities and experiences TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has provided, Matt is committed to helping move people forward. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and building computers.

Marrissia joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in February 2022. In her current role, she is dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives while embracing every opportunity to learn and grow. Outside of work, Marrissia loves spending time with her four boys, whether at the local jump park or discovering new restaurants around local towns.

Starting as an In-Home Consultant more than nine years ago, David’s dedication and leadership have propelled him through the ranks to become Director of Operations for 14 locations. David always puts customers and employees first and truly lives our core values. David is excited to help grow the brand in Colorado.
