I was born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, and my background has always been rooted in discipline and leadership. I served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1997 to 2001, where I learned the importance of accountability, teamwork, and staying focused under pressure. After my service, I spent several years in corrections, eventually promoting to Sergeant, an experience that strengthened my communication skills and ability to lead in challenging situations.

I later transitioned into the private sector, building over 20 years of experience in operations. I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2019 and have since grown into my role as General Manager. Today, I support our teams across San Diego and North County, helping ensure our crews are prepared, our processes run smoothly, and every customer has a positive moving experience.

Being part of the North County community is something I truly value, and I take pride in helping people through an important transition in their lives.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two grown sons and two dogs. I enjoy CrossFit (including winning a competition in June 2024), reading about history, and I firmly believe BBQ is good any day of the week, rain or shine.

I have been around the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand since I was a kid, which is why I am incredibly grateful to be a part of the San Diego team today. I started working in the customer service field during college and never stopped. Not only that, but I am excited to see what challenges I will encounter as a Move Consultant. What I most enjoy about work is growing professionally while being surrounded by a family-like environment. When I am not working, I enjoy rock climbing, getting my nails done, and reading.

Since I’ve started my journey here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® the whole team here welcomed me with open arms. The environment is such a warm feeling, and I am grateful every day to come to work. Even though I am behind the scenes, I am glad I am able to work with such an amazing team to make things happen for our customers. My favorite core value is THE GRANDMA RULE®, as I like to treat everyone the way I would my own grandmother. Some things I like to do in my spare time are spending time with my daughter, watching new movies that come out, snowboarding season, and just spending good quality time with family and friends.

I recently joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team as a Move Consultant, and working out in the San Marcos franchise has felt like family from day one. The support and care from everyone here, combined with the amazing work atmosphere, make it a place I truly enjoy being. Coming from a background in hospitality and customer service, I’m excited to bring my experience into helping customers across San Marcos, Vista, and beyond move forward with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. When I’m off the clock, you can find me enjoying quality time with family and friends, diving into some good old 80's rock, or exploring my passion for science, physics, and technology. Oh, and food? Definitely my weakness!

Hi! I’m Zealand, the In-home consultant specialist here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, working with both the San Marcos and San Diego teams. Before stepping into this role, I spent two years in the field as a Mover and Driver, where I developed a deep appreciation for one of our core values: CARE. The more care we offer to customers and their belongings, the smoother the service—and that's something I carry with me into every aspect of my role. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or honing my skills at chess.

I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work closely with my son Pedro and my daughter-in-law Alicia here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. They make an incredible team, and I couldn’t be prouder. At first, it felt a bit strange, as I was used to giving the orders as both a father and an executive, but now our roles have shifted, and I’m adapting to that dynamic. Recently, I relocated from Ecuador to San Diego, and while I'm working through the cultural adjustments of moving to a new country, I’m focused on improving my English so I can contribute even more to the company. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports like basketball and soccer, walking, and taking trips to the beautiful beaches around San Marcos.

Hi, I'm Gaby, and I started at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a marketing coordinator and am now proud to be the business development coordinator, where I focus on building B2B relationships. I love branding and creating strategies to help a brand's purpose come to life, which is why I am excited to communicate our very own purpose: to MOVE PEOPLE FORWARD®. I like to live every day with a good attitude and enjoy the small moments, so when I read that one of the company's values is 'be your best and have fun,' I knew we were going to be a great match. Outside the office, you are most likely to find me working out, going to the beach, or finding new shows to binge-watch.

As a Sales Consultant at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, I’m excited to bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the role. I’m thrilled to be part of a team that aligns with my spirit and passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. With a background in architecture, I bring a unique blend of creativity and attention to detail to the sales process. I’m particularly excited to help San Marcos and other northern neighborhoods move forward, making what can be a stressful experience into a smooth and positive transition. Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring nature through hiking or rock climbing, always eager to embrace new challenges and adventures.

I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in 2021, and the experience and knowledge I've gained since then have been incredibly rewarding. I’m excited to continue working with such an amazing team and contributing to our mission to help San Marcos and other northern neighborhoods move forward. With years of professional experience in accounting and finance, I’m dedicated to bringing the tools and strategies needed to ensure everything runs smoothly and provides an excellent experience for our customers. On my days off, you’ll find me playing with my little girl, spending quality time with family, reading, or searching for new series to get into.

Hi, I’m Adriana. I consider myself passionate about helping others and finding resolutions, and I strongly believe there’s always a way to improve what you do and who you are. When it comes to Customer Service, I like going the extra mile. Whenever your beliefs, skills, and experience are aligned with a team and the organization’s core values, you know great things are about to happen! That’s exactly why I decided to join TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. I love working, and spending time with my loved ones, and also enjoy having time for myself. I love traveling, taking a walk while I enjoy nature, trying different food, watching a good movie (no matter if I've already seen it), and resting on the beach listening to the sound of the sea.

Hi, I’m Kirk, and I’m excited to be part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team, especially as we grow in San Marcos! While I’m new to the company, I bring over 20 years of operational experience across various industries. My wife and I, along with our six children and two grandchildren, are proud San Diegans—no matter where life takes us, San Diego will always be home.

As proud military brats and Navy parents, service is in our DNA. I hold degrees in business, divinity, and archaeology, and I earned my PhD in 2024. Whether in business or ministry, my passion has always been helping people. Any success I’ve had—as a husband, father, businessman, educator, or pastor—has come from investing in the success of others.

In my free time, I love cooking and spending time with my family. I look forward to bringing that same dedication to our team and the community here in San Marcos!
