The movers themselves were great but were 2 hours late the office team did not communicate anything to me after they had promised to call me back and lied to me that they were on their way even after 30 more minutes of waiting the driver then called and said he was on the way. The movers took extra precautions to protect the furniture. They were polite and efficient.

Both the office staff and the moving team were terrifically well organized and pleasant to deal with. The questions I had were answered so promptly and helpfully. I will happily recommend the company to friends and family. The staff and movers all showed very good judgment and maturity, which I appreciated. They were all friendly and professional, and extremely hard working.
