materials in our move were severely understated even after initial conversation with office staff. follow up email we sent to office staff stating we in fact had more than estimated was not communicated to moving team.
Moving team was AWESOME! very patient despite more stuff than they were told. They were helpful, polite, careful, and genuine.

The team of guys sent were amazing. It was a hard move, lots of heavy furniture, boxes of books, all the things I didn’t want to heft. They showed up on time, were professional throughout and worked hard from start to finish. Given the big furniture, heavy objects, and multiple staircases they had to deAl with I was surprised at how pleasant and calm they remained. The price is high but it’s worth it to get so much done so efficiently. I hope these guys get paid what they are worth.

We moved into a new construction house. I told the guys I didn’t care if the laminate floor got muddy, I only cared about the carpet, so please be careful because it was raining out. Every time they went to move stuff up stairs, they kicked their shoes off. Very impressed! Nothing was damaged, not a scratch on any of the walls, no dings, nothing! I had a really great group of guys!

Though there was a bit of damage, it was minor and nothing that wasn't expected. They did run out of space on the truck as well, but, since the move to our new office was just a few blocks away, it wasn't that large of an issue for us. The overall attitude, work ethic, courteousness and professionalism of our moving team members, AJ and Ken, exceeded our expectations and made up for the few minor "hiccups" in the process.
