Joe Schaard
Operations Manager
I’m a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Liberal Studies. I enjoy meeting new people, traveling and being outdoors. I had been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK on and off for about 3 years until now. I started working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK at their Lansing, MI headquarters as a Mover. Then took a break from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to pursue my love of being outdoors and danger by taking a position as Wildland Firefighter for the United States Forest Service during the summer fire seasons for the past three years. I strongly believe that my experience with management, providing leadership under intense situations and my experience as a Mover myself previously gives me the necessary skills and tools to be successful in this role. I am happy to be back working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Beaverton as their Operations Manager and look forward to helping this franchise successfully grow.
Erik Franklin
Operations Coordinator
I am a recent graduate of Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Political Science. At Coe, I was a member of the Track and Field team but running is just one of my many interests. In my free time- I am an avid reader, I enjoy listening to a variety of music, and I am working to expand my skills as an outdoors man. Moving to Portland marks my first visit to the Pacific Northwest and I am excited to explore everything the makes up my new surroundings. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Beaverton has provided me the opportunity to grow my professional skills and learn a new set of abilities in an unfamiliar setting. I am thrilled to grow with the team here and I am anxiously awaiting the learning experiences afforded to me.
Bernardo Mandujano
Sales Manager
I have been a part of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since May 2015 as a customer service representative at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK headquarters in Lansing, MI. I was then given a great opportunity to move out to Portland to help build and establish the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Beaverton franchise. I enjoy working for this company because of their core values such as integrity and to be your best. Both resonates and motivates me. I enjoy making a difference in our customer’s lives every day by striving to make their move as stress-free as possible and the interactions I have with customers. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me playing soccer, watching the latest movies, reading a good book or spending time with friends.
Adrian Mandujano
Accountant & HR Coordinator
I’m a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Before accepting my position with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, I was a Field Auditor with the State of Michigan auditing Sales, Use and Corporate Income tax. I grew up in the Lansing, Michigan area my whole life, so I’m excited to experience the difference in weather, food, and scenery. When I am not working, I enjoy watching soccer, basketball, movies and enjoying the outdoors. I look forward to working with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Beaverton as their Accountant and help this group of franchises grow.
