Giving Back to our Community

We strongly believe in investing our own time and resources back to the same community that we do business in. As a company that provides professional moving services, we have wonderful customers who will donate their furniture and appliances. We currently partner with three organizations and deliver locally all items directly to them each time a donation is made.

Because we care about the members of our community, we hold several charity events throughout the year to give back to our local community. Below are a few charity events you will see throughout the year. Information on how you can participate will be advertised and broadcast nearing each event.

Movers for Moms®

This year, with the collective efforts of our community partners, together we collected over 1300 donations for a local women’s and family shelter, The Bradley Angle House. We delivered all items by Mother’s Day. The purpose of Movers for Moms® is to recognize those moms living in shelters this Mother’s Day by arranging delivery of small gifts for women who are victims of domestic abuse or homelessness. Why moms? TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has women in key leadership across the company, and some of our most successful franchisees are women. We are looking forward to next year’s event!

Our mission is to help animal shelters that foster stray animals. The goal is to provide animals living in shelters with the necessary items such as food, toys, and other essential pet items. And in this Greater Portland area where everyone loves furry friends, we thought what could be a better way to than this to give back to our community and take care of our furry friends too.

We are a proud member of the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce. We are looking forward to connecting with local businesses.
