Extremely happy with the men who came to move me! They did it carefully, quickly and beat the time. They were kind and took great care when moving my items. I could not ask for a better experience.

Your BBB rating, and your employee that responds to complaints from there was the real decider in choosing your company. Your company had the highest satisfaction rating, around 80%, compared to your competitors with 50% or less. I read the complaints and responses on your company, and 2 of your competitors. Your responder presented the andquot;customer is always rightandquot; attitude, and showed a true desire to make it right, even if the customer was being difficult, and it showed in their answers and your companies actions. Your office staff WAY, WAY underestimated our amount of items to move, and therefore your price was WAY, underestimated. That should be improved, but I have no complaints because my internal guess was closer to actual expense.

Itandacirc;??s hard to answer the above questions. The two guys who showed up worked hard and quickly as possible and took care to not damage our goods. The estimate was way off the mark, not much more than half of what was actually required, and the size of the truck was apparently not appropriate since we required two trips. I would not say this was due to poor packing but more to the failure of someone from the home-office to accurately estimate the load. Possibly someone shouldandacirc;??ve made a short visit to the property to inventory items and then determine correct size and manpower requirements.

Our two movers were Jeremiah Corbett and Trey Sharkey. They both did an excellent job with a situation that must have seemed intimidating to say the least. We will be requesting to have them come out to move our items back into the house. There are not enough words of praise to give these two.

Forgot our order and started 1.5 hours late with one truck; sent second truck 2 hours after that. First truck guys (Greg and Mark?) were polite, helpful, and packed truck properly. Second truck guys (Matthew and Nathan?) packed truck half empty, left many belongings in house and refused to move boxes to the proper rooms until I threatened to call the office. They refused to help a 91-year old man pack the refrigerator, hoping they wouldnandacirc;??t have to move the refrigerator. The washer was hooked up improperly and flooded upon first use. One of the trucks left their tools in our garage. Used Two Men previously and had wonderful service. Never again.

Overall the service was great. All people that we dealt with were extremely pleasant. The only thing I was not happy about was the time it took for the move. (1 office desk and 2 bookshelfs- 20-miles OVER 3hrs) There were way to much talking and not enough moving. When I pay someone by the hour I expect them to give it all they have. This was not the case.
