They didn't move the furniture I specifically hired them to move. Instead, they filled the truck with the smaller, easier to move items. The furniture they did move arrived scratched and they told me that some of my shelving "wouldn't fit" in my new, shorter basement. Funny, I was able to get it in, and standing. They arrived late, left early and didn't finish the job they were hired for.

Not a happy customer

There were a few things that were damaged during the move. Two wheels on two of my chairs fell off and broke. My printer was dropped or something because it has a few different plastic pieces that are broken. My executive desk which is a very heavy piece of furniture looks to be cracked in several places.

Team is alway professional. Have used many times for both moving and help with moving furniture around the house. Two men and a truck are my first go to

Great team! They did a wonderful job packing and moving- took all the stress out of the process!

I was happy with my experience. Jeff was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that things were where I'd like, handled with care and clean before the team left.

The only problem was that the two (great!) guys who came to move my stuff did not know there would be boxes involved. The person I spoke with when scheduling the move didn't ask if there would be boxes and it did not occur to me to tell him as I assumed everyone had boxes when they moved (my point being, the schedulers should ask if there are boxes as well as furniture!). The 2 men (whose names I unfortunately do not recall) were terrific and STILL got everything moved in the same time frame as estimated. They were professional, polite, friendly, cheerful and worked extremely hard. They had a good working relationship with each other, and really have their job down to a science. As always, I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

THE TEAM WAS GREAT. ARRIVED ON TIME AND MOVED EVER THING IN THE ALLOTED TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
