Each year we strive to give back to mothers in need with our national charity campaign, Movers for Moms®. Beginning eight years ago, this campaign collects items for mothers living in domestic abuse and homeless shelters that are delivered each Mother’s Day.

In 2017, we collected and donated over 2,000 items to My Sister's Place. We partnered with various child care centers and chambers of commerce to help collect the essential care items. This year we are partnering with Mothers Helping Mothers Inc. to help collect basic care items for young moms in need!  Visit our main Columbus page for details on drop-off locations. 

"Every year since then, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has generously stepped forward to help us out with this huge, exhausting undertaking and has sent 2-3 energetic and motivated young men to help us with a full day of unloading our stored treasures from our storage unit in Hilliard to our church on Old Dublin Road.  I am always so grateful for their hard work, efficiency, great attitude and friendly personalities. Even though this is a volunteer project, they still move each item with care, protecting each piece as if we were paying customers. I feel like they are part of our team and am moved by their enthusiasm, determination and willingness to help. 

Last year we raised over $53,000.  Since our first sale in 1996, we have been able to raise over $600,000.  By far, the most profitable item we sell is our furniture.  Attached to this letter is a list of the projects we gave our earnings to last year.  On behalf of everyone in our church, thank you for your partnership and generosity and for being a company that genuinely cares."
