The team were very professional and courteous, they worked very hard in hot humid weather with a good attitude throughout. They were pleasant to interact with and took good care of our belongings. We would not hesitate to use them again. They made what can be a very stressful day [moving day] so much easier.

Load date and unload dates were on time and very efficient on placing items where needed and setting up furniture

Great people, excellent movers, just rated good because the price was high, double what I paid a year ago for a similar move. In fact this one was easiler.

I was thrilled overall. The only snags were (1) they left an item on the truck I called for days later and (2) toward the end they hurried and left boxes stacked 4 high in one bedroom, some that were labeled "food-kitchen. Guys were courteous, hard-working and professional. Would definitely use them again. Office had a "can do" attitude!

Office staff was helpful, courteous and contacted me both before and after the move. The three young men who moved us were also courteous, friendly and very neat in appearance. They worked together, each handling their assignment and there was very little conversation between them. It was hot but they didn't keep them from working quickly. They were a pleasure to work with.

I was so pleased with my moving team. I think their names were Dominic ,Andrew and I cant remember the other one but They were quick to answer any questions and went out of their ways to help me with anything I asked. I was worried about moving a large doll house ( in the past another moving company had moved a dollhouse and it ended up in pieces) so the man whose name I cant remember offered to put the doll house in the back of my SUV for me. They were quick, professional, never complained, and went above and beyond my expectations.

We had the same movers as last time and they were awesome again! Super friendly and efficient guys!

Everyone I dealt with was professional and very knowledgeable. Very comfortable and pleasant experience.

The day of the move the movers left much of my things behind at the old house. They closed the truck and did not communicate to me 1) they were headed to the new house, 2) how they expected to get the rest of my stuff. I had to call the office the next day and I didn't get the rest until 3 days later at an additional cost. At the time I should have been given the option to continue loading the truck for the additional time and told that they didn't feel there was a safe place in the truck for my TV's Lack of communication was my biggest complaint. Mover didn't tighten the washing machine hose properly causing a drip into the basement. Water damage is being handled by a disaster relief specialist. Company handled this very well.
