Brandan Dhaene
General Manager
Brandan recently rose to the challenge of general manager of our largest location. Originally starting as a mover and later becoming general manager of our Shakopee location, Brandon was a perfect fit to make this big step. He has proven time and time again that he is an awesome leader and a great example to his team. We have loved watching Brandan grow within TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and we are excited to see his continued growth. Congrats on your big move, Brandan!
Meet Sean, our operations manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Burnsville. Sean has been a part of our team since 2017. He started as a mover in our Burnsville location, and he quickly showed awesome potential to move up within the company. Sean started working in our training program by training our new movers on how to be safe and professional when on the job. Sean then moved into a full-time operations manager position in early 2021 and assisted in running our flagship location! Fun fact, when Sean is not at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, he is coaching gymnastics.
Meet our owner Nick! Nick began owning and opening the Burnsville location with his father, David. While Nick is a true Minnesotan, he started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK when he was in school at the University of Wisconsin, Madison as a mover. This actually gave Nick the idea to start a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in his home. What started as a two-truck operation is now 75 operations with 9 locations, thanks to Nick!
Dan's the man! Dan is our Senior Director of Sales and Business Development. He has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Twin Cities for over nineteen years. Dan started his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Twin Cities as a driver at our Burnsville location in 2003. He then climbed the ladder to general manager and is now the other half of our regional management team.
Dan wants to talk with you about your move, trust me. Just call and ask for him. He is all about customer service, and he lives it every single day. When he isn't at work, he is coaching his kids' sports teams or bowling. Whether it is about a move, or bowling, Dan is waiting for your call.

Meet Joe! Joe is our operational guru, he is the senior director of operations and asset management. Joe has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for over 15 years. He started as a driver at our Burnsville location and moved his way up to a management position. Joe is very much a mentor to much of our team along with other managers. He has a passion for coaching and helping others to achieve goals. Joe is definitely a major part of our team here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and we love having him as one of our fearless leaders.
Nate has been a part of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for 10 years! He really knows his stuff when it comes to moving furniture and booking moves. Nate has held nearly every position within the company while he worked his way up to Director of Move execution and Safety. Starting as a mover here in Burnsville, Nate then moved into the office and then went to learn even more at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Brentwood, TN for five years before coming back to Burnsville to be general manager and now director.
Nate is serious about making sure every move goes as smoothly as possible. He is passionate about making sure his team is set up for success and the customer is informed and having a great experience! When Nate is not being a new awesome general manager you will find him either on the golf course or trying to teach his 4-month-old son how to golf. Nate really loves golf.

Sally is our mighty marketing leader. She loves marketing almost as much as she loves TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. She loves us so much, in fact, she left and then came back to work for us. Sally has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for over seven years and for over two years in Minnesota. Her passion for what she does shows in all the marketing campaigns she creates. When she isn't out marketing our company, she is hanging out with her husband and two kiddos.
Meet Roman, our accounting manager. Roman keeps us all in line when it comes to making sure our business runs financially. He joined our team in the summer of 2021 and has been a huge asset to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK'S success. In Roman's spare time, he is a bit of a car aficionado. He has been racing cars for around five years in Northern Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. He doesn't just race, he also builds his cars. He is now currently building his second car, and he is really enjoying showing off his abilities with style and skill. Roman is really talented, and we love having him as a part of our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family.
Jillian, our sales team veteran, has assisted customers with their moves for a solid six years. Currently, she shares her expertise by training new move consultants, ensuring they match her exceptional skills. Adored by customers, Jillian excels at making their most stressful days comfortable, reflecting her genuine passion for her work. Outside of her professional duties, she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews and exploring new destinations. At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, she cherishes the family atmosphere we all share.
Jessica is one of our Customer Service rockstars. She helps our customers from the first call until the end of the move. Although Jess has only been with our team for six months, she very quickly became of our top-earning CSRs. This has a lot to do with Jessica being a "yes" person. She is always game to help where ever she can which is a huge asset to our business.
Jess loves working for a family-owned business and being appreciated at work. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK might have a big national name, but each location is individually owned on a local level. When not working Jess really enjoys cooking all the fancy food (we especially love her peach cobbler!), spending time outside, riding her motorcycle, and hanging out with her friends and family.
If Jess could move anywhere, she would have a small house on a lake because lake life is the best life.

Meet Allie! She is part of our amazing customer service team. She started her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in our Burnsville office back in the summer of 2021. Allie has been a huge asset from the very beginning, as she hit the ground running on day one. If you have come into the Burnsville office, chances are you have had the opportunity to speak with her in person. When Allie is not helping customers move, she enjoys spending time with her family!
Tammie is our amazing Human Resources manager. She joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in January 2023 and has been a huge asset ever since. Tammie is a team player and willing to jump in wherever she is needed. She also keeps us clued in and up to date on all things HR. When Tammie is not at work, she loves spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
Katie is one of the newest members to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team as our Marketing Coordinator. With a passion for social media, Katie's energy and expertise are a fantastic addition to our marketing endeavors. A recent Iowa State University alumna, Katie has come back to her home state of Minnesota. Her professional focus is in marketing and event planning, particularly excelling in the realm of social media with her knack for crafting captivating content and keeping our marketing strategies at the forefront. Outside the office, Katie's likely spending time with her puppy or exploring the latest culinary hotspots in the Twin Cities.
Pedro is part of our amazing customer service team. His upbeat, positive spirit will leave any customer feeling ready for their big move day. Pedro started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a mover, and we knew his personality was meant to be on the front of the moving experience. When Pedro isn't helping out customers, he love to work out and spend time with his friends and family.
