Thank you for supporting Love Lansing Christmas 2017.

I was a little disappointed that only 2 men came when I was told 3 would be coming, however the two that came were excellent and worked their behinds off. I certainly hope that they received a bonus for having to do the work of 3 men for an entire day.

The service promised was delivered as promised. Great customer care. Did the move within the estimated time frame. The staff was professional, caring, and friendly. I will use them again.

I actually had two different experiences. I had two kids who came out to pack, and while they were very nice and courteous, they did not finish the job in a day (I actually ended up finishing packing my kitchen) and they packed open bottles of liquids with my wardrobe and simply wrapped cardboard boxes around my high definition tvs. When I contacted Jenna, she responded and sent out a crew of 4 packers/movers the next day who finished the job professionally and appeared to take appropriate care of the items. So, my day 1 experience was andquot;Fairandquot; but my day 2 experience was andquot;Good - Excellent.andquot;

Our movers were very helpful and positive throughout the entire move. While evaluating our larger items, they shared their thoughts as to whether we would be able to fit certain items up or downstairs. With our largest item, they kindly humored me and made their very best (and careful) effort to fit the item up the tight stairwell. I'm very appreciative of their hard work and will continue to use them in the future!

We were so pleased with the entire process. When the moving day came, the movers were absolutely excellent. We had three movers..Alex, Bender, and Brown and they were all very professional, prompt, and very accommodating. They did everything with a very pleasing attitude, and went over and above our expectations. The refrigerator was a major challenge to get into place, because of it's size and because of the area it was going into, but against the odds, they made it work. Thank you so much for making the horrid moving process so much less stressful. This is the second time we have used your moving company, and if we ever move again (hopefully not) we wouldn't think of using any other company then Two Men and a Truck and we always highly recommend you to everybody!

The movers were great. The loaded and unloaded quickly and carefully. I will be back for all my future home and business moves. Nice work!
