Our experience was very good and the moving team was very good especially Mr. Smallman. He really worked very hard, had the best attitude with a lot of energy and just did an overall great job. We really appreciated his work ethic through the end of the day.

My truck was 2 hours late and out of another office. The office staff told me it might be a few minutes late then wasn’t keeping me informed. They gave me $15 off the hourly price. The movers were awesome and really worked hard the entire time. I was very pleased with them but would never recommend as I was under a tight timeline which wasn’t met.

Although the first office team member didn’t quote the job correctly, the overall service was excellent. The movers arrived within the promised time window and the move went flawlessly.

They started loading at 8:15 called at 11:30 to find out where they were and she informed me they took lunch. Upon arrival the movers informed me that our stuff was in (2) different storage facilities that was the reason it took so long to load. The girl on the phone at Rochester was rude and could of told me that to begin with and why it was taking so long. Furniture is scratched up and damaged

Overall, I was very satisfied with the move. I am confident that my wife and I chose the right moving company. Everything wasn't perfect, but I have moved 11 times and this was a good one with very few mistakes (nothing that would be considered even close to a major concern). The attitude of the movers was positive - they wanted to do a good job and were willing to make whatever effort was necessary to get the job done right. I also felt that they were trying to do an honest job and took pride in being skilled at their work. I had some large and heavy items, some of which had to be moved down a challenging staircase - how they got them down the stairs I am not sure, but the items got their safely and the only sign of the move was a few finger prints on the wall. I was impressed.

I had (2) sit-in arcade driving games weighing 535 lbs that I needed moved with A days notice. When I called Kathleen was so nice and helpful and my stress level dropped. Them next day when movers (Yost, Vargas & Arbaugh) came they we're excited to move the games. Said nothing about them being to heavy and within 10 min. Had the first one out of basement. I will recommend the men, Kathleen and the company to all I know and I look forward to using Two Men and A Truck in the future.

The moving team was great. Good guys, worked with us and were very careful and quick.
My only complain is that when they were delayed at another job and didn't make the time window, that no one at the Office informed us. They were not able to get there until 1hr and 15min past the window. I tried to call the Office at 30min after the window and had to leave a message. Finally got a call back when they were 30min out.
Again, not the fault of the moving team. I completely understand that delays happen, however communication is the key. If the Office had called and said they were going to be late, it makes it less annoying.

You were recommended by Bass Pro Shop to move our gun safe by the department manager. He said you had moved many. The upfront service and explanation was wonderful. The movers were kind but completely out of their league. They spent well over an hour to tell us they could not move the safe (could have been done with a look and a tape measure) The leg of the safe was bent the bill was three times what we expected for unacceptable results. We were told " you should have hired a safe mover - we don't have the ability - they do" A complete waste of money. We should have been given realistic expectations up front as we told staff it was going down stairs into a basement - "should not be longer than 15 minutes". Movers should have immediately put in garage.

Everything about my experience with 2 Men and a Truck was positive. Previously I watched them move a friend and was very favorably impressed with the movers respect for their client and her belongings. I hired them to make multiple stops and shuffles of furniture and the crew had a patient, efficient manner. I would highly recommend the White Lake,MI branch of 2 Men and a Truck!
