We had a good experience. The guys were affable, hardworking and easy to communicate my needs. We only had one hitch: we were overcharged at the point of service. With the hectic pace of moving I don’t pay attention to this. However, the office staff found it immediately and refunded my card. No worries! We will use your service again if needed, and will recommend you to others.

The two men that where send where excellent , professional on time, as a single woman I had no fears of them being in my home. They get 10 stars as far as I’m concerned. Very hard workers I was very impressed! Thank you again 2 men and a truck ! Barbara Bashaw

Your team was great, they moved a rolltop desk from a 2 story house to garage among other items and didn't scratch any thing.

There was a definite communication issue with the office staff. I was not informed that there is a 2 hour minimum, that the time is port to port and I did not receive a confirmation email. The movers brought a huge truck to move 1 refrigerator. They had no idea what was to be moved. They were courteous and I don’t blame them. There should have been better communication. I would not have scheduled if I had been informed.
