How do I know which size I need? Don't worry! Leave that to us. We can come out FREE of charge to let you know how much space your stuff will take up in our truck. And at the time of the job, you'll only be charged for the amount of space you actually use.
Does it have to be junk? Absolutely not! We actually get asked to remove pieces that are very nice quite frequently. This happens when people redecorate, downsize, or even do some spring cleaning. We try to keep as much out of the landfill as possible so we've partnered with local donation sites and charities to reuse as many of the items as possible.
Do I need to move it to the curb? Nope! That's the beauty of hiring TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for your junk removal. All of our crews are on staff with us and professionally trained to move items throughout your home. So don't worry about lifting heavy pieces or trying to navigate the tight staircase, leave that to the pros!!
Are there items you won't take? Yes. We take most things (yes, we take appliances, mattresses, tires, and electronics!) but there are some prohibited items including hazardous waste, asbestos, sealed drums, medical waste, etc. We also stay away from yard waste & household garbage; it's more economical for you to call the trash company for those. Plus we also want to keep our trucks clean for any items we can possibly donate!!
I have a move coming up, are there discounts if we use you for both services? YES!!! We have 2 options for this depending on the amount and type of items you need to be removed- a disposal fee during your move or a discounted haul away. Definitely mention this to us and we'll get you set up with the best option for you!
