Good experience. Did a great job moving very heavy furniture

The moving team was fantastic and friendly throughout the move! They paid careful attention to the care of my property, as well as the time they took, trying to maintain the quote and keep my price low. Great job!

The moving experience was flawless. The drivers were punctual, efficient, and very careful with everything loading and unloading. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. Pablo was also very good and answered all my questions.

The office and crew were acceptable. My only issue was when it came to unloading the truck, all three men would approach me at the same time with different boxes for different rooms and it became very confusing, and stressful to direct them to the correct rooms. I have begun unpacking now, and finding boxes in places I don't remember telling them to take the boxes too (and the wrong area of the house.) Moving these heavy boxes to the correct room is difficult as I am disabled, so this is making more work for me. That is why I only put acceptable as the rating. They need to not overwhelm the owner, and read the labels on the boxes. It would have been smoother if they had.

Diego and Malcolm were great! My 8 year old son was with me during the move and they were even great with him. They both could not have been any more accommodating, respectful and efficient. Awesome experience, thank you.

My overall experience with Two Men and a truck was positive especially with the moving team..They arrived on time and went straight to work. They were courteous and took care with my items. My only issue was with office person that booked my reservation. I called in several days to confirm my appointment and to inquire about changing my move date...but it could it be found..I explained that I had already paid my deposit..however I never received my email confirmstion... after becoming frustrated and calling several different locations I finally reached a rep (cant remember her name) who took time to research my info and found my reservaion.. it appears that the first rep typed on my email address incorrectly. The second rep was very professional and courteous and was able to resolve it

Awsome after a bumpy start!
Well my move started out tuff . Due to one of your companies employees having family emergency I got a call when they were suppose to arrive asking to reschedule my move . I explained This was not possible as I was moving two apartments out of a Buckhead high rise building and had to be out that day !The manager sprung into action and drove the truck himself. The helper he brought with him did the work of two men !! These guys were the most polite and hard working movers I’ve ever had . Very careful and swift . No laying around on the clock . A third mover arrived in time to help us unload at our new house and he was also very friendly and hard working . Highly recommend this franchise and this crew !
