TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Panama City is having its Movers for Moms® collection drive to donations to local women staying at Longleaf Out Reach and Development's The Ever House for Mother’s Day.
Longleaf Outreach is a nonprofit woman’s transitional home in Panama City, Florida. The Evers House offers faith and bible-based education, counseling, and study group meetings, individual case management, customized for individual needs, group meetings, mental health, public, medical, legal counsel, employment and career path, continued education, and transportation assistance services, financial and family planning, growth and development, community involvement, and sober independent living.
Potential residents must have the desire, specific intent and agree to improve and enhance their standard of living through utilizing and participating in Christian-based programs provided by their organization. Residents are seeking a slightly structured environment to gain confidence in utilizing the knowledge they have obtained through their recovery programs and keep themselves accountable and responsible through our program as a temporary bridge to a more permanent and successful position and lifestyle.
They also work with the families of addicts and hold monthly family group meetings and encourage families and friends of addicts to attend. For more information about their Family Group meetings, message them on Facebook or visit their website www.Longleaf4u.com.
Items may be delivered to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Panama City, 2500 W 15th Street, Panama City, FL, Mondays through Fridays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. between now and Friday, May 3rd. Additional drop off locations and The Evers House's Wish List are listed below.
