the actual move was excellent! MAtt and team were courteous and professional. My only complaint was with dispatch. The original estimate was for a morning arrival ( approx 9 AM). Dispatch called 2 days prior to confirm and stated an afternoon start (1:00 to 3:00 PM). Then, the morning of the move, the team called at 8:45 to notify me they'd be arriving in 15 minutes. I was unprepared for the early arrival based on the previous communication by dispatch

All three movers were great, they were courteous, organized and seemed to enjoy their job. They were a joy to work with, very thorough ensuring I understood what they would be doing. They showed great care with my possessions and were just great to work with. It took the entire day and they were upbeat the entire time and offered to move the furniture multiple times. I highly recommend them and thought the price was great for the service performed.

I own a business in the same industrial park as your Golden location. I needed a couple things moved, so I walked across the parking lot and inquired. The move was set up a couple weeks later (de to my schedule), and I thought it had been confirmed (I even changed travel plans to protect that date). It unfortunately wasn't (do to poor communication on your team's part). Your office was able to get a crew to handle the move (which took a total of about 45 minutes) and the crew was great. All in all, it worked out and I got what I needed done.

The movers were wonderful, very professional and courteous. They took extra care of my China hutch and glass tables. I had a truck full of stuff and they made my move much easier. I will definitely recommend them to anyone moving. Great service! Anne
