Overall a very good experience. Was disappointed that I signed up for 3 movers and only 2 showed up, as it took longer and possibly was more expensive than I anticipated.

The movers did an awesome job. They were pleasant and courteous and did a great job. My only issue was that I booked about 4 weeks out for the move. I did not receive confirmation until I called and emailed to make sure they were coming the day before and the day of the move. My anxiety went way up thinking they weren't coming. I did get the premove email which was very thorough. The confirmation did not come until the day of the move. Overall the experience was great. Linda

My move scheduled weeks out was cancelled an hour after they were supposed to show up because a mover "was sick and the other didn't show up." The move was rescheduled for the next day but it was a almost a 2 hour drive from my mountain house to the new house in Denver. I had friends drive up over 2 hours on the scheduled moving day and also had people waiting in Denver to help that were unable to help the following day on Sunday. My friends spent hundreds of dollars in gas to to drive up and help and were unable to do so because of the last minute cancellation of the move. It was completely unprofessional on your side and your staff made it seem like it was no big deal. This move was carefully planned on the day it was scheduled and MAJOR issues came from having to move a day later.

The three movers were extremely slow refused to take apart my sons bed also refused to move my big TV it took longer to move furniture only across the parking lot than it took to move furniture boxes etc. across town Two three years ago. I will never use your services again!

The guys were amazing! They had to move really heavy furniture around some narrow areas on my staircases and they did an excellent job- no scratches on anything! They worked quickly and got the job done! I would definitely recommend your company to others!

Overall it was excellent. My only markdowns are as a result of the scheduling situation as it developed on the day of the move. On Thursday I was told the movers would be at our location on Saturday between 12:45 and 2:30. When they hadn't arrived by 3:00 we began to become concerned something was amiss. When I tried to contact anyone to clarify, I could only get "Sorry, we're closed, but leave a message and we'll get back to you by Monday" kinds of messages. Your moving team contacted us by a little after 3:00 and let us know they were on the way, so all was well. When they arrived, they did an absolutely great job - I couldn't have been happier with the movers! However, there should be a way of contacting someone in such a situation - it would have improved the experience.
