Upon arrival of our belongings we became over crowded in our apartment with boxes everywhere. I say that to say we could not see all the damage done to our furniture until we moved non essentials into a storage locker. Our couch is damaged with them putting it through a narrow sliding glass door which caused them to cram it in, a leg is broken, the covering is scrapped - when they could have brought it through the front door. A lamp is broken, a side table is broken. As I pointed these out to your team they blamed it on us saying that was the way it was. Unfortunately I did not see the couch until a week later when we got the extra stuffed moved out. The table and lamp I was not happy with but decided not to make a big deal out of them, but the couch is not repairable. I am very unhappy.

The men were confronted with some snow and ice and a rather cold house in which to work. They were thorough and efficient at both the loading and unloading sites. They are a good team.

The two gentlemen that moved my Mom were very nice and professional and went over and above making sure all the furniture was padded and wrapped up tightly. They both worked fast and efficiently and put all furniture and boxes where they were asked to put them. I would use Two Men and a Truck again and recommend them to all my friends. The move went very smoothly.

There were a few items damaged, which can be expected, however, the top of a very expensive dresser was scratched, which tells me they did not properly wrap it. Several more expensive items, such as a small flat screen tv, wireless printer, and clock were “tossed” into a huge box upside down. They did not carefully wrap these items or even bother to place them in a box right side up. Finally, at the end loading two trucks, they just said “well, this is all we can fit”, leaving several boxes and miscellaneous items behind. We were originally told we would need one truck, plus a little of a second. They told me they got everything from our upstairs bedrooms, but when I went back through the house, they also left a lamp and large vase in the middle of a bedroom. This service is unacceptable.

Everyone I dealt with was great. I thought the cost was a little high for the amount of moving I had done. The truck ordered was easily twice as large as the amount of items I had to be moved required, and I wondered if maybe that added to the overall cost a bit...? But the office team and the movers were a pleasure to deal with and made things as easy as possible on my end.

From beginning to end, it was a pleasure. Everyone I dealt with was amazing. The movers, especially, were incredible. I can’t say enough about how professional and friendly they were. They treated my property like it was their own. They worked quickly and efficiently. First class service all around!

The movers were beyond excellent! They really took care of my items and hustled to get the job done as quickly as possible. They were very professional and had an excellent attitude. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience and Daniel and his team. They were outstanding!
