Everyone from Anthony in the office to our moving crew of James, DJ, Leo, John and Cassidy were helpful and a sincere pleasure to work with. The crew moving us were on time, efficient and respectful of our belongings. They worked quickly and we couldn't believe how much they carried. Loved the polite and prompt movers! And the scheduler as well.

Movers left several items behind, I.e lamp shades and pieces, outside hoses, extension cords, wall hangings, boxes with items in them. Did not put plastic down on carpet/floors. Scraped walls and stairway railings. Even though furniture was wrapped still gouged and scratched cherry wood pieces. Several boxed items were broken when unpacked.

The only thing I was not satisfied with was how long it took them to take down my bed. They had not done it before so it took them a long time - maybe an hour? Otherwise it all went well.
