The movers did a great job loading and unloading my things. The only thing that I did not like is that the service is kind of high. I already had to pay for an hourly rate but I also had to pay for the travel fee and I am assuming the materials that the movers had with them. They used none of their own materials. Even the blankets that they used to not scratch any of my furniture belonged to me. I am not complaining but I think that the price is kind of extensive when trying to move in a fairly fast time frame. Other than that it was great. Also, there should be more than one person in the office to answer the phones. I played phone tag with the lady in the office so much that I missed out on 2 open slots that would have worked better for me.

The move was fine. However, the length of time involved seemed excessive. We were moving an small apartment amount of furniture to one location, picking some up and taking it to a third location. Overall it was 7 hours. Based on previous moves, 5 hours should have been plenty. Made for a very long day.

Only complaint is i added a stop to my move but the office staff didn't communicate that to the movers. It all worked out fine though.

The two movers could not have been more courteous, efficient, energetic, patient or determined to make this move as easy as possible for me. I was very impressed with the care they gave my belongings from the first box on the truck to the last box off. They were very persistent in getting my too large sofa up to the second floor and trying to get it through the door. When that didn't work, they had to take it back down and helped me come up with a solution for what the options were for it. I so appreciated their attitude during the whole move. They helped to make an already stressful day much easier than I expected. Thank you Two Men and a Truck.
