When I scheduled the move for a 300 pound bar, I told the office staff that it was 10 ft long. Megan said 2 men could do the move. However, the two men that arrived said it could not be done, and they needed a 3rd man. The move was rescheduled for the next day with a different crew who were able to move the bar without the 3rd man providing any help. I am very unhappy with the first crew, as they could have moved the bar or could have called for a 3rd man to come and help. I had to take off work twice and I think I was overcharged. The second crew was great and I think they should be rewarded for their handling of the situation Vargas, Kenny, and their partner.

I had an excellent experience with my two movers! They worked quickly together without compromising their quality of work. They kept me informed at every step of the process and were very courteous of my time. All of my belongings were delivered without incident and all of our communications were pleasant and professional. Overall I would highly recommend!

Staff and moving crew were very courteous.
I booked it 3 weeks in advance and just my luck, the day prior and after were beautiful. The day we moved, not so much. Cold, rain, sleet, wind. Not one complaint the whole time from the 6 man crew.
Damage? Minimal, considering as I said a 6 man crew, with 3 trucks. One small spot on a wall that I can easily fix, and another on one of our very nice furniture pieces. 1. They told me about both, and 2. The crew leader assured me that someone would call the next morning to arrange for repair, and when finished it would look like new again. Honestly I was doubtful about both. I WAS WRONG! I did receive a call the next morning and a few days later the repair was completed to perfection!
Courteous, punctual, honest.
Highly recommend!

Dan and Patrick showed when promised and were professional. They carried a very bulky (~7ft long) and heavy (~300lbs) plotter down a rather narrow stairway with two right-angle turns, no complaints! Would absolutely hire them again.

Everything was great. Booking was easy, office staff super friendly, and the movers were fantastic. Very nice, courteous of our things, explained what they can and can't do, and they worked SUPER hard. Hopefully I won't need to, because moving is terrible, but I would definitely use you again. I got you on referral, and I will definitely be the one referring now.

The experience was excellent! I would use this branch to handle my house move, however, your prices are more expensive than a local mover. The local mover charges 85.00/hr, if you want to match that price I would most certainly use your company and Clarkston MI branch. I will use in the future and pass along info when I can.

I have used your services before, however, this had happened the first time I used your company, I would not have used you again. The office told me the drivers would arrive between 1:00-3:00. They did not arrive until 3:40. They did not call with any update on their arrival. Instead, the team did not call until they were at the storage site and needed to be let in. I wanted at the storage site for an hour. The driver wasn't too bright in how he parked the truck. I had to coach him. They wasted time, walking into the unit to look at the load and then going back to get the wrong equipment without taking any items with them. I had to coach them on what equipment to use. They moved very slow, shuffling their feet. I had to coach them on how to pack and secure my load in the truck.

Miles and Jeff were great. Jeff even came in to work on a scheduled day off because his coworker was out with his wife having a baby. They were very professional and careful. The only concern is that it too a very long time to pack the truck which was about 5 hours to fill 1/2 the truck with furniture only. Every other aspect was excellent. I will use your company again when I move next year.
