What a great team we had to handle our move! Bobby and his team was fantastic and fast! From the start, with the walk through to the actual delivery of our furniture to our new home location, everything went great. All of my questions were answered patiently and cheerfully even though I had to reschedule a couple of times and had numerous questions. I would definitely use you again if I needed to move and will happily refer my friends.

This was the easiest move I have ever had! (I have moved more than 12 times) The crew arrived on time, completed a walk through, wrapped every piece of furniture meticulously and loaded the truck quickly. The entire crew was amazing, they were courteous and attentive to every single detail of the move. When I move again, I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck and request this amazing three man crew!

I cannot say enough good things about Nikita, Robert and Mr. Bay, my movers from Two Men and a Truck. They were professional, efficient and caring. I fell at my new residence while moving in and all three of these men were there immediately to help me. They called 911 once it appeared I had received a concussion and stayed with me until the ambulance came. At this point my niece just had them get my belongings into the house and not worrying about trying to find a correct space for everything. They called me back a couple of days later and said they were coming back to put my belongings where I needed them. Again, they went above and beyond just moving my belongings. I cannot thank Nakita, Robert & Mr. Bay enough for their hard work and compassion.

I have moved 7 times in my lifetime, this was by far the worst experience of my life. The most chaotic experience I have ever been involved with. I was underestimated both for the packing and the moving just to get the job, then charged more at the end. The workers complained about only being paid $10.00 an hour and hinted about getting a tip on multiple occasions during the move. They have lost a remote to a new very expensive bed and taped the frame to this bed together instead of properly assembling it. I paid to have a tv taken off the wall and boxed and moved, that didn't happen the Guys said they didn't know how to do it, even though the estimater charged me extra for it. I had to hire someone else to do it. I can go on and on. Please call me at your earliest convenience.

This was my first time using Two Men and a Truck. The office personnel was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything to me about what they could do for me. The drivers kept me informed as to what time they would reach the destination to pick up my furniture and when they were on their way to my home, about what time I could expect them. They covered by furniture with blankets and wrap. Most pleased. Will definitely recommend them to others and will use them again.

We were extremely pleased with both inside customer service and the moving team. The movers consisted of Carlos (supervisor), Marcel and a new employee Jarred. The entire team was very professional and super polite. Our expectation was for your company to manage the large furniture and we would handle the smaller boxed goods. When Carlos witnessed us struggling with some heavy boxes he stopped what he was doing to lend a hand. They went above and beyond to make sure the move was as stress free as possible. Just what we needed at that time. I will certainly recommend your company to others who are in need of hiring a moving company. I was first in contact with the Smyrna office who quoted me 3 Trucks and 6 Men. She communicated the date was available but had to confirm some of our items to be moved but did not confirm our date and lost the date. I was then sent to another location and a person came out and stated that we only needed 2 trucks and charged more money. Movers arrived and completed our upper floor and stated their person who came had missed the quote and they needed another truck. Another truck was sent and they could only send one truck to our new home that day and kept 2 trucks at the lot that day due to DOT regulations. Furniture was left in our old house and my husband had to go and work until midnight to try and retrieve our furniture. The initial 4 movers worked hard but overall bad experience.
