Kyle and D were excellent, we want to use them again for our next move in January.

DJ and Von were very professional and did a great job.

Except for being 2 hours late -- they were to be there from 1 until 3 and didn't get over til almost 5:30. That's really my only complaint.

In the past year I have used/referred two men and a truck for 3 moves. My recent experience was the most disappointing.

Specifically, your team refused to cover antique furniture with moving blankets before strapping to side of truck. Pieces now require repair...I never experienced this in all of my moves with 3 men and a truck (going back 15 years).

Richard did a great job estimating and setting up the move. He was always available by phone during the process as we made some changes. DJ and he crews worked very hard in the heat, and knocked out a 2 truck move. They were great.

Finally, being from the Philly area like DJ, I have to say, "Go Eagles!" :)
