Almost every piece of furniture you guys moved is damaged. Will never use you again and will advise friends and family not to use you either.

Joyce, we're so sorry to hear about your experience. While there is always a risk of damage, it's highly unusual to hear that a majority of your items were damaged. We have coverage for damages, and we trust our operations team has taken measures to arrange for repairs. Thank you for your input.

Bernard and Esquirel were very courteous, respectful and helpful with our office move. Care was taken to protect our items and both Bernard and Esquirel were easy to instruct/direct and nice to work with. The move took a bit longer than we expected but that's pretty typical for any hourly move projections. Happy with the outcome and would request B & E for future moves with Two Men and a Truck

Our 2 guys were fantastic! They worked methodically through the house and got everything secured and safe before moving it. They were very careful and asked questions about the pieces before loading them. Once they were unloading our stuff, they took the same care and consideration. Everything was placed right where we wanted it. We were thrilled with the entire experience!

Our movers were very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was the price. We moved 2 minutes down the street from a one-bedroom to a three-bedroom and we paid $770. I wasn't expecting such an exorbitant rate.

Tina, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, moves cannot always be estimated to the exact minute and that is why we provide a range of time/expense to complete the job. Your move was estimated at 4 hours, and you were given a written estimate with a range of 3-5 hours. They completed the job in 4.5 hours. We understand moving can be costly, but we do our best to set realistic expectations up front. We're glad you found the team to be professional and friendly and we appreciate your input.

I don't think we should be charged for road time. I don't get paid for driving to and from work.

Russell, thank you for your input. We understand your concern, but when paying employees an hourly rate, we do pay them for their drive time to and from customers. We do our best to explain our pricing structure up front and written estimates including the drive time, are provided to each of our customers. We don't intend to change our policy on how we compensate our employees, but we appreciate your feedback.
